Marketing dinner

Today another stunning day dawns and our little village has its Saturday markets. The stands were from left to right - Poultry not fat water saturated chooks but well proportioned with more fat and redder meat around the the thigh. Ok we'll take two. Oh! look pate and rilettes - great for starters
- Oysters and only oysters sadly don;t quite fit our plans.
- Bovine cheeses - what looks like baked ricotta is a cheese that tastes like a sweet cake - we'll take two no better make that three. And those little samples of cheese better get some yes?
- Fruit & veg. Tiny french breakfast radishes better have a handful - make it a big hand please. Leeks - yes, mushrooms yes, plump purple garlic - yep, lettuce, watercress.
- Goats cheese - "I'll have one of what you're having and I'll take all you've got.." Jason Isbell on a downward path to get over love sick blues - We are verging on gluttony. How do you stop yourself from buying everything?

Cross the road to the patisserie apple tart for desert think so.
Walk the 15 metres to home lay it all out. Looks good better get more wine. Will do after another Chateau visit but that is a different story.
