Yesterday Bill & Wendy gave Kate & I a great gift. They looked after Grace and Max while Kate and I went for lunch at the Michelin starred La Promenade. The lunch was magnificent. We chose from the traditional menu which has foods that take their roots from local dishes. We combined it with local wines. A great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. No photos, sometimes you just don't. So a big thanks to Bill & Wendy. Another to Chris for the recommendation.
It's dawned misty and the temp at 8:30 was 6 degrees. Autumn is settling in.
