"A change in the weather is known to be extreme.." so said Bob Dylan. Well it came today, the wind had more bight and the rain was cold. A good day to visit the Tower of London (with 1000's of others).
We started by participating in the good old English tradition of standing in a queue.

The Tower is an impressive place and the exhibits are fantastic. Even as a Republican I was impressed by the Crown Jewel exhibit, even had some remaining hairs stand on end.
All the exhibits are of a high standard and gave a real feel for the history of the place (even when shared with 100's of anoraks).
The exhibits required more queue participation and it was a bit overwhelming at times but worth it.
